Sunset at West Bay
Charter or join a boat tour to fully experience the incredible crystal waters and biodiversity within them.
Get in the water! Visit Stingray City to swim with stingrays, wade through the waters of Starfish Point, and then snorkel the reef to see an amazing variety of fish and even sea turtles.
Head to West Bay and marvel at the sunset while enjoying some local cuisine and cocktails at Macabuca.

Tilly's: An upscale restaurant right on Seven Mile Beach in the Palm Heights Hotel. A sophisticated, breezy vibe with incredible food and picturesque views.
Ms. Piper's Kitchen: Tucked away behind the Hampton Inn, is this gem of a restaurant. It offers a casual, boho vibe for casual dining with the most incredible cocktails.
Macabuca: Eat with the locals at this West Bay restaurant known for their Monday ‘all-you-can-eat’ BBQ and some of the best sunset views on the island.
Coccoloba Bar: Located at the Kimpton Seafire, this beachside Mexican restaurant offers the perfect lunch off the beach. The elote and market-fresh ceviche are not to be missed.
Calypso Grill: This West Bay restaurant serves up the freshest seafood, steaks, and for dessert, their famous sticky toffee pudding.

Do note that while getting around Grand Cayman is very easy, taxis are costly and some only accept cash.
