Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca

Fly into Casablanca, Morocco's vibrant economic hub, with nonstop flights available from New York, Washington, D.C. and Miami.

You’ll likely arrive in the morning, so after checking into your hotel and dropping off your bags, it’s time to start exploring. Meet your guide and head to the Habous, a lively open-air market where you’ll have the chance to sample delicious pastries and browse through the craftwork of local artisans. From there, continue to the Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest mosque in Africa and the only one in Morocco open to non-Muslim visitors. This stunning architectural masterpiece, perched by the Atlantic Ocean, offers a glimpse into Morocco’s spiritual and cultural heart.

To end your first day in Morocco, enjoy a memorable dinner at Rick’s Café, a nostalgic spot inspired by the famous film Casablanca. The elegant setting, with its charming colonial architecture and romantic ambiance, offers a perfect setting to indulge in delicious Moroccan cuisine. Soak in the rich atmosphere of this iconic restaurant.

Day 2: Journey to Fes

Meet your driver to begin your journey to Fes, one of Morocco’s oldest and most culturally rich cities. Steeped in tradition, Fes offers a glimpse into Morocco’s rich cultural heritage, blending the old world with a vibrant, living community that continues to thrive.

On the way to Fes, you will stop at Volubilis, an ancient Barber-Roman city in Morocco. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, it offers a fascinating glimpse into Morocco’s history. Showcasing Roman architecture, baths, temples and the grandeur of a once-thriving empire.

Next, you will stop at a local winery, Villa Volubilla. Deeply influenced by French winemaking traditions, you will have the opportunity to sample several wines paired with local Moroccan cuisine for lunch.

Arrive in Fes and check into your Riad. Enjoy a relaxing evening at your leisure.

Day 3: Explore the timeless treasures of Fes

Meet your guide for a day of exploring Fes, where you'll immerse yourself in the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. Start by visiting the city’s most iconic monuments, including the Royal Palace, the Madrasa Bou Inania, Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and the Jewish heritage sites.

Afterward, wander through the bustling souks. Here you’ll encounter local artisans creating intricate ceramics, vibrant textiles and beautifully crafted leather goods at the famous tanneries. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the market, where you can savor fresh Moroccan street food — tantalizing tagines, grilled meats and sweet pastries — while experiencing the true flavors and aromas of Fes.

Day 4: Travel to the Sahara

Begin with a scenic drive through Morocco’s diverse landscapes, heading toward the awe-inspiring Sahara Desert. Though it’s a long journey, the adventure is worth it as you arrive at your luxury desert camp, where you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome.

Experience the magic of the desert with a sunset camel ride across the golden dunes, followed by a delicious dinner under the stars. As night falls, gather around the campfire to enjoy traditional music, before stargazing in the tranquil desert, where the sky is illuminated by thousands of stars.

Day 5: Serenity in the Sahara

Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the towering dunes of the Sahara, as the desert comes alive with golden light. After capturing the magical moment, you can enjoy sandboarding down the dunes or embark on a guided ATV quad-bike exploration of the vast desert landscape, discovering its unique beauty and tranquility. Back at your desert luxury camp, relax by the pool and soak in the stunning surroundings.

Day 6: Scenic Drive to the Atlas Mountains

Journey through the stunning landscapes of Morocco, heading toward the Atlas Mountains with scenic stops at the Todra and Dades Gorges. As you drive, you'll be captivated by the dramatic beauty of these natural wonders — towering limestone cliffs and narrow canyons carved by centuries of water erosion.

Continue your drive into the Atlas Mountains, where the rugged terrain gives way to dramatic landscapes and traditional Berber villages. This region offers a unique glimpse into Morocco’s rural life, with striking mountain views shaping the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

Day 7: A day in the Atlas Mountains

Begin your morning with a short hike to explore the stunning landscapes surrounding the hotel, with panoramic views of the Atlas peaks. In the afternoon, unwind by the hotel’s beautiful gardens and pool or enjoy a traditional Moroccan tea while soaking in the serene atmosphere of the Atlas region.

Day 8: The road to Marrakech

Meet your driver to begin your journey to Marrakech, making an unforgettable stop at the UNESCO World Heritage site, Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. This iconic, fortified village is a stunning example of traditional Moroccan earthen architecture, with its mud-brick structures rising against the backdrop of the desert landscape. Take a guided tour through the kasbah, exploring its narrow alleys and dramatic towers that have been featured in countless films and TV shows.

Afterward, continue your journey to Marrakech. Here, the vibrant energy of the city awaits, setting the stage for the next exciting chapter of your Moroccan adventure.

Day 9: Discover the vibrancy of Marrakech

Dive into the heart of Marrakech with a guided tour of its most iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. Start by visiting the majestic Bahia Palace. A stunning example of Moroccan architecture with its intricately designed courtyards, lush gardens and exquisite tilework.

Wander through the medina’s souks, where you can shop for everything from colorful textiles and handcrafted jewelry to intricate leather goods and pottery. Don't miss the spice market, where the air is filled with the scents of saffron, cumin and other aromatic spices, offering a sensory experience like no other.

Finally, you will end the day with a visit to the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square at night. Here, the atmosphere is alive with street performers, food stalls and local artisans.

Day 10: Moroccan flavors and culture

Immerse yourself in the flavors of Morocco with a private cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare traditional Moroccan dishes such as tagine and aromatic salads. Afterward, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a delicious lunch, savoring the authentic dishes you've created.

In the afternoon, visit the stunning Majorelle Garden. A peaceful oasis filled with exotic plants and vibrant blue buildings. Followed by a trip to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, where you’ll discover the designer’s rich connection to Marrakech.

End your adventure in style with a sunset vintage sidecar tour. Cruising through the streets of Marrakech, taking in the city’s vibrant sights and sounds as the sun sets on the perfect Moroccan journey.
