Activities:
La Boca: This colorful and vibrant neighborhood is famous for its bright buildings and the Caminito street, where you can find tango dancers and street art. It’s a great spot to stroll, shop for unique souvenirs and enjoy the lively atmosphere.
Palermo (Hollywood and Soho): Palermo is one of Buenos Aires' most trendy neighborhoods, with two distinct areas: Hollywood and Soho. In Palermo Soho, you’ll find chic boutiques, cafes and art galleries. Don’t miss lunch at Picsa — their pizza is highly recommended!
Recoleta Cemetery & surrounding area: Explore the famous Recoleta Cemetery, where many notable figures are buried, including Eva Perón. Afterward, wander around the surrounding area, which is home to beautiful parks, museums and cafes.
San Telmo: Visit the historic San Telmo neighborhood, especially the San Telmo Market, where you can enjoy local foods and find artisans selling their crafts. Be sure to try the choripan from Nuestra Parrilla — it’s some of the best in the city!
Puente de la Mujer (Women's Bridge): Take a walk over the iconic Puente de la Mujer, a modern and striking bridge in the Puerto Madero district. It's a great spot for photos and offers a unique view of the city's skyline.
Tango show: You can't visit Buenos Aires without seeing a tango show! Most tango shows include dinner and offer a passionate performance of Argentina's famous dance. The experience is unforgettable and one of the best ways to immerse yourself in local culture.
Plaza de Mayo & Metropolitan Cathedral: Visit the historic Plaza de Mayo, the political heart of Buenos Aires. Here, you can explore the Metropolitan Cathedral, where Pope Francis once served as Archbishop. It’s also a great spot to learn about Argentina’s political history.
Jardín Japonés (Japanese Garden): Spend some peaceful time at the Jardín Japonés, one of the largest Japanese gardens outside Japan. It's a beautiful, serene space with koi ponds, traditional tea houses and lush greenery.
