Day 1: Edinburgh Old Town

Start your day by exploring the historic Royal Mile, a bustling street that connects Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Immerse yourself in the city's history, visit St. Giles' Cathedral and explore the intriguing narrow closes and hidden courtyards.

Afterward, head to the picturesque Princes Street Gardens, located at the foot of Edinburgh Castle. Take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, enjoy the beautiful floral displays and soak in the stunning views of the city's skyline. In the afternoon, visit the renowned Edinburgh Castle, perched on Castle Rock. Take a guided tour to learn about the castle's intriguing history, see the Scottish Crown Jewels and witness the firing of the One O'Clock Gun. Along the way, stop in for a glamorous afternoon tea in the Colonnades at the Signet Library.

At night, the Old Town comes alive with walking tours of all kinds — ghost tours, Harry Potter tours and silent disco tours abound.

Day 2: Edinburgh New Town

End the day with a cozy French dinner at Cafe St. Honore.

Day 3: Leith and the Royal Yacht Britannia

Start your day with a visit to the Royal Yacht Britannia, the former royal yacht of Queen Elizabeth II. Explore the luxurious interiors, discover the yacht's fascinating history and enjoy stunning views of the waterfront. Afterward, head to the colorful and lively neighborhood of Leith. Explore the vibrant waterfront area, visit the fascinating Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and indulge in delicious seafood at one of the local restaurants.
