Day 1: Arrival in Positano
Upon arrival at Naples International Airport, you’ll be whisked away by a private chauffeur to the stunning town of Positano. This scenic drive along winding coastal roads sets the tone for the days ahead, with views of the azure sea and colorful cliffside villages.
Check into Le Sirenuse, Positano’s most iconic hotel. This five-star property, once a summer home of the noble Sersale family, offers stunning sea views, elegant rooms and unparalleled service. I recommend booking a suite with a private balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.
After settling in, take a leisurely stroll through Positano’s charming streets. Explore chic boutiques, art galleries and local ceramics shops. For lunch, dine at La Sponda, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. Savor the fresh Mediterranean flavors while gazing at the endless blue horizon.
End your first day with a sunset cruise along the coast. A private yacht will take you along the shoreline, offering a different perspective of the towering cliffs and hidden coves. Return to Positano for a romantic dinner at Ristorante Max, known for its intimate setting and fine dining
Day 2: Visit Ravello
After a sumptuous breakfast on your terrace, depart for Ravello, a town perched high above the coast, known for its historic villas and panoramic views. A private driver will escort you through the scenic route.
Though staying in Positano, consider a day use of the luxurious Belmond Hotel Caruso in Ravello. Here, you can unwind by the iconic infinity pool, floating above the clouds.
Visit the stunning Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone. Both offer lush gardens and terraces with some of the most famous views in Italy. Don’t miss the Terrace of Infinity at Villa Cimbrone—a sight that will take your breath away.
For lunch, dine at Rossellinis, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the Palazzo Avino hotel. The tasting menu, paired with local wines, is an experience you’ll remember long after your trip.
Return to Positano for a relaxed evening. If you're in the mood, visit Music on the Rocks, a chic nightclub carved into the cliffs, for some late-night entertainment.
Day 3: Journey to Amalfi
Today, journey to the historic town of Amalfi, the coast’s namesake. Your first stop should be the Amalfi Cathedral, an exquisite example of medieval architecture. Explore the charming Piazza del Duomo and the paper museum, which showcases the town’s rich history in paper-making.
Head to the nearby village of Atrani, one of Italy’s smallest and most picturesque hamlets. Lunch at A’ Paranza, a hidden gem that serves exquisite seafood dishes. Afterward, wander through Atrani’s narrow streets, soaking in the local ambiance.
Return to Positano for a dinner at Il San Pietro di Positano, an exclusive experience at this luxury hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Zass. Dine al fresco with views stretching over the coast, savoring dishes that highlight the best of local ingredients.
Day 4: Sail to Capri
On your final day, set sail for the island of Capri on a private yacht. The journey itself is a highlight, passing the Faraglioni rock formations and hidden grottos. Once in Capri, visit the Blue Grotto, a natural sea cave illuminated by vibrant blue waters.
For a day of pure luxury, consider reserving a suite at the JK Place Capri, where you can enjoy the ultimate in Italian hospitality, even if just for the day.
Explore Anacapri by taking the chairlift to Mount Solaro, the highest point on the island, offering panoramic views of the entire Bay of Naples. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at Da Paolino, a restaurant famous for its lemon grove setting.
Before returning to Positano, take time to explore Capri’s elegant boutiques, such as those along Via Camerelle. End your day with a rooftop aperitivo at Capri Rooftop, watching the sun set over the sea.
Don't forget to check the time of the last ferry!
Day 5: Departure
The much-dreaded moment of the end of the journey has arrived. But it's only to return again, isn’t it? I’m arranging a smooth and private departure for you, where your luggage will be taken care of, making everything effortless. Until next time, I hope!
