Where to stay

Unlock perks by contacting Alex to book your trip.

Day 1: Arrive in Austin

Girls having fun in a pool of confetti and smiling while laughing.

You’ll probably arrive in Ausin midday, and luckily the airport is a quick Uber ride away from all the action. Check in to your hotel and be sure to stop at a store on your way for snacks and any drinks you’ll need for the weekend.

TAKE A STROLL NEAR LADY BIRD LAKE

Once you’re settled into your hotel room, make the best of the last few hours of daylight by heading to Lady Bird Lake and walking on the scenic trail before sunset- it’s always nice to get outside after a long flight.

GRAB SOME PRE DINNER COCKTAILS

Austin’s cocktail scene is impressive so head over to Garage, a trendy bar wedged in a parking garage to try some of their delicious craft cocktails.

DINNER AT WU CHOW

Make your way downtown for some incredible modern Chinese food. Wu Chow is known for their fresh ingredients and delicious cocktails.

EXPLORE RAINEY STREET BARS

For a cool and semi-relaxed night out, check out the bars on Rainey Street. Think lots of outdoor patios and live music. Bars here are unique and tend to air more on the divey side, which is a fun contrast to the more lively bars we’ll soon get into.

Day 2: Exploring Texas

Enjoy swimming at Barton Springs pool.

GRAB A COFFEE

Whether you’re staying at one of our partner hotels and have free coffee & breakfast available at the hotel or want to check out one of Austin’s many great coffee shops, you can’t go wrong. Paperboy, Revolucion, Try Hard Coffee or Figure 8 are a few good ones.

GET MOVING

Group fitness is a fun way to get your endorphins going. One of my favorite ways to do this is through private group yoga classes. Your instructor will meet you in a park (or space) of your choosing and bring everything you need, from yoga mats to curated playlists. Another fun option is dance cardio, which will surely get your heart pumping and get everybody laughing.

ENJOY A CUTE BRUNCH

For a quirky brunch experience, check out Launderette in the Holly neighborhood. It is a laundromat turned trendy American restaurant and is a perfect spot for groups of women.

RELAX AT THE SPA

There’s nothing better than a little relaxation when on vacation. In the midst of the wild weekend, make an appointment for a massage or facial at Milk + Honey. They have a variety of treatments to suit everyone's tastes.

SPLASH AROUND AT BARTON SPRINGS

If the spa isn’t the vibe you’re going for, Barton Springs is a fun place to hang out when the weather is nice. There is an entry fee (and alcohol isn’t allowed) but splashing in the natural pool is a nice way to relax and spend the afternoon.

INDULGE IN UPSCALE TEX MEX FOR DINNER

A trip to Austin isn’t complete without some amazing Tex-Mex. I cannot pick a favorite between ATX Cocina, Suerte and El Alma. You can’t go wrong with any of these places (or their lengthy list of margaritas!)

BAR HOP ON WEST SIXTH STREET

For a lively night full of large bars and lots of dancing, make your way to West Sixth Street. There are plenty of bars to choose from, including Bufords, Green Light Social and The Dogwood.

Day 3: Final Day

Toasting drinks is an expression of good wishes.

KICK THE HANGOVER WITH A COLD PLUNGE & SAUNA

If you’re with a group that loves wellness, heading to Ocean Lab for a cold plunge and sauna session is a unique bonding experience after a night out. The staff is amazing and can accommodate groups up to around 12 people to fit in the sauna. Groups of two at a time will have their turn at the cold plunge - it’s not necessarily pleasant, but afterwards everybody will reap the benefits.

GET BREAKFAST TACOS

You can’t go to Austin without chowing down on breakfast tacos. Try Quickie Pickie or Torchy’s Tacos for a delicious and casual breakfast.

GO BOATING ON LAKE AUSTIN

Grab your Whiteclaws and head to Lake Austin to spend some time in the sun. Your capitan will pick you up and take you around the lake for three to four hours. Some boats even have slides and lilly-pads on board. Make sure to hit party cove and link up with other fun groups on the water!

DINNER AT ABA

Get ready for fresh Mediterranean food that will knock your socks off. Great food and drinks in a beautifully designed setting (and gorgeous outdoor patio) makes for the perfect dinner.

POST-DINNER DRINKS AT WHISLERS

Close out your girls weekend with delicious drinks in a cool rustic bar on the East Side located in a hundred-year-old building. Whisler’s even has an Oaxacan mezcal speakeasy upstairs that opens around 7pm on the weekends.

Need to Know

Themed nights are always a fun touch. From cute and classy cowgirl, to denim on denim, to doing something quirky like wearing mullets, there are plenty that fit in with the Austin vibe.
