Things to do in London

Buckingham Palace
History: A benefit to visiting London during the summer months is being able to not just admire Buckingham Palace, but also step inside and walk the same halls walked by royals, past and present. Another favorite historic landmark is Tower Bridge, where you can walk across the Glass Floors, set 42 meters (about 138 feet) above the River Thames, for a unique perspective of London life driving, floating, and walking by below.
Nature: Open daily from 5 am to midnight, a stroll along the Hyde Park paths is a must for nature lovers. Visit the rose garden and Diana Memorial Fountain, or even hop into a pedalo or row boat to explore Serpentine Lake.
Shopping: Harrods is a world-renowned luxury department store where you can spend hours exploring their extensive collection of luxury goods, the famous food hall, or even get dolled up for the evening with a blow-out at their hair and beauty salon. To continue the shopping spree, head over to Selfridges for an equally wonderful shopping experience.
Wellness: Allow your butler at The Dorchester to prepare you a relaxing (and Instagram-worthy) floral bath each evening, complete with a glass of champagne. For a subterranean spa experience featuring Park Lane’s longest swimming pool, book a personalized facial treatment at The Spa at 45 Park Lane.
Education: Impress your friends back home when you return with an entirely new skill. Attend a luxury calligraphy course in the heart of London and leave with a memory that lives with you forever.
Places to eat & drink in London

Afternoon tea at The Promenade
The Ritz Restaurant: A bucket-list dinner at a bucket-list location. The Ritz Restaurant, recipient of two Michelin stars, offers an unforgettable high-end dining experience, which is evident in their strict dinner dress code (men are required to wear a jacket and tie). Keep in mind the latest reservation is at 9 pm—oh and trust me, leave room for dessert.
Savage Garden: For impressive panoramic views, head over to a hidden rooftop bar on the 12th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton - Tower of London hotel. Request an outdoor table for undisturbed views and order a few shareable bites and unique cocktails (18+ after 6 pm).
Luxury double-decker bus: Why not dine and explore? Dress up for a glamorous ride aboard a luxury double-decker bus with large windows and take in the main London sites while enjoying a four- to six-course gourmet journey.
The Promenade: Your London trip is not complete without a luxurious afternoon tea experience. This is where afternoon tea at The Promenade comes in, complete with an exquisite selection of sandwiches, scones, pastries, and, of course, tea. We loved all three teas we tried.
Harrods Food Halls: For a quicker bite, visit the Food Halls at Harrods to enjoy a variety of options including the Fresh Market Hall, the Chocolate Hall, and the Roastery & Bake Hall. Perhaps try a Japanese strawberry!
