Karen was so helpful throughout this process. She was responsive and attentive during our wedding planning period which was so hectic so that kind of treatment from her was invaluable. She was genuinely so helpful with the options she provided and the reservations to restaurants were so key! Without her I would not have known about it and my wife and I would have waited an hour for Dinner every night! She was amazing!!!
