Advisor - Antibes: Coastal Charm & Riviera Cool
Curator’s statement

Antibes is one of my favorite places on the Côte d’Azur—effortlessly chic yet down-to-earth, it blends old-world charm with a cool, creative edge. Whether you’re sipping rosé by the sea, exploring the Picasso Museum, or catching the sunset over Port Vauban, the pace here is deliciously slow. With its walkable old town, golden beaches, and lively local scene, Antibes feels like the kind of place you could move to after just one visit. And trust me, I have looked into it!

Need to know

Best Time to Visit: May through early October offers warm days and outdoor dining, but December brings a quiet magic and festive charm.

How to Get There: Fly into Nice’s Côte d’Azur Airport and drive or take the train—Antibes is about 25 minutes away.

Getting Around: The town is very walkable, and day trips to Cannes, Nice, and Monaco are easily accessible by train.

Vibe Check: Antibes feels less flashy than nearby Cannes or Monaco—expect a mix of artists, families, and laid-back Riviera lovers.

Local Tip: Book beach clubs early in summer, and don’t miss sundown cocktails overlooking the marina.
