Day 1: Arrival & welcome reception

Auberge du Soleil
Guests arrive in Napa Valley via San Francisco or Oakland, followed by a scenic transfer into wine country. The transition from city to vineyard setting immediately shifts the pace and tone of the experience.
Upon arrival, guests check into a luxury resort designed for both comfort and privacy. The afternoon is intentionally left open to allow for rest or light exploration.
In the evening, a welcome reception—either on property or at a nearby winery—provides a relaxed setting for the group to gather, connect, and ease into the retreat.
Day 2: Strategy sessions & curated tastings

Auberge du Soleil
The morning begins with a structured meeting session in a dedicated space, supported by the property’s event and business services. Natural light, vineyard views, and thoughtful pacing help maintain focus and engagement.
After a working lunch, the group transitions into a curated wine tasting experience. This can include private vineyard access, guided tastings, or sommelier-led sessions tailored to the group’s preferences.
The evening is reserved for a refined dining experience, either at the resort or at one of Napa’s well-known restaurants.
Day 3: Leadership alignment & signature experience

Napa Valley Wine Train
The final meeting session is often more focused, making it ideal for leadership alignment, decision-making, and forward planning.
In the afternoon, the group shifts into a signature experience. Options may include a private winery tour, a culinary workshop, or a wellness-focused activity such as spa treatments or guided outdoor experiences.
A closing dinner serves as the highlight of the retreat, bringing together the group in a setting that feels intentional, celebratory, and well-earned.
Day 4: Departure

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley
The final morning is designed to feel unhurried. Guests enjoy breakfast, take in the surroundings, and depart with pre-arranged transportation.
A smooth and well-coordinated departure ensures the retreat ends on the same elevated note with which it began.
