Ximena fue la mejor, siempre pendiente de mi estancia y solucionó todas mis necesidades, habló con personal del hotel para conseguir un cuarto adecuado, pues viaje con una persona de la 3a edad y ella consiguió que nos dieran cuarto en PB, para seguridad y comodidad de mi mamá.
