Seamless and stress-free booking. I hate doing the search and was delighted to have Wendy research the area, locate a property to my liking, then get quite about my check-in experience to make certain all was well.

She was very excited and enthusiastic about planning our trip. She stayed connected to us throughout the process by doing check-ins and notifications about noteworthy events. Although we did not talk much about the port destinations, she did suggest options about what to consider regarding the food, cabin location, cabana rentals, and onboard activities. Even though we did not need your assistance regarding some of the logistics such as flights, transfers, hotel confirmations, etc., they were offered to us. She made me think about things that I might not have considered. I like the fact that when we did have questions, she responded to all questions quickly and explained things in detail. If I can offer one piece of advice, it would be good for her to know about the excursions and spa treatments rules and restrictions so that the traveler would know what to expect during their journey and about any limitations.

Wendy helped me tremendously stay organized and get the greatest trip experience! because of flight delays I missed a connecting flight and Wendy was also able to reassure me here and help me get reimbursed and taken care of making even this situation the best it could be! I’ve already booked my next trip through Wendy and will be sending others to her!

Wendy was very communicative and made sure to find a hotel that was in the correct location for all of the tourist things I had planned. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with an upgraded room and a credit to use at the hotel's restaurant. Wendy also provided recommendations for how to get to the hotel from the airport (because using the subway during rush hour timeframe is pretty hectic with luggage).

Wendy was communicative during the entire trip. She was able to get an upgrade on my room, as well as a credit to spend at the on-site restaurant. She took into account my preferences and my trip plans, and recommended the hotel because of the proximity to the sights I was looking to see, as well as the availability of public transportation nearby.
