My Story
I am a Swedish-American citizen who has always had a passion for travel. Some of my favorite vacations were an adventure-filled trip to Iceland, a wintry holiday in Budapest, and two sun-drenched weeks on the French Riviera.
Travel Style
I always seek to experience the country as a local would, with a blend of cultural activities and tourist destinations. When I’m traveling, I enjoy learning more about the country by taking a historical tour or sampling its art museums. Additionally, being a big foodie, I love to explore the locale’s traditional gastronomy, and make it a priority to research the best local restaurants and dishes to eat. At night, you can find me either dancing the night away or relaxing at the hotel (room service, anyone?). When possible, I treat myself to a luxury experience, be it a Michelin-starred restaurant or a 5-star hotel. I believe every vacation should be perfect, and I take pride in doing diligent research to ensure all excursions, cuisines, and stays meet everyone’s expectations.

Vendela was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our plans changed at the last minute! She helped us book this amazing hotel and plan our excursions in the city. We also unexpectedly got free breakfast, which I believe is because we booked with her. Our trip to Switzerland would not have been what it was without her help. Thank you Vendela!

We were able to book a hotel at an affordable cost during one of the busiest times in Amsterdam. She also planned all of our Amsterdam excursions meticulously, which truly allowed us to make the most of our time there. We are so grateful for her!

Booking with Vendela was the best decision I could have made for this trip. Not only was she incredibly accommodating and responsive, but she went above and beyond to create an extensive itinerary that covered a wide variety of activities and price points.
