Gave great options, was very timely with communication, and even refreshed the reservation when the rate went down closer to our stay. I appreciated the check in a few days out to reiterate the perks that would be communicated to the hotel.

Planning our trip with Mrs. Olivero was incredibly pleasant and easy. Vanessa was so thorough in her research and communicated very well with us. She was kind and patient with us, as my wife and I require a lot of extra needs and services. More importantly, she was easy to reach and responded quickly before and even during our trip. I would recommend her without a second thought and will absolutely be using her again on our future trips!

Vanessa was the best travel agent!! She was a quick communicator, super reliable, and helped us plan the most memorable and fun honeymoon!! When unexpected things came up she was easy to get ahold of and helped us through unplanned situations. I will 100% recommend her to anyone whose looking for a travel agent!

Vanessa was so helpful in finding us the perfect family friendly hotel in Singapore for our stay with two young kids. She knew exactly what to look for and did her research to ensure that we had everything we didn’t even know we needed in a hotel like a family pantry and laundry facilities. She made sure there was an extra bed and crib placed in the room when we arrived which was so helpful. She also sent us a list of places to tour and visit in the city. Thank you Vanessa, you are amazing!!!

Never traveling abroad, trying to decide what to do, were to go, and how to get there started to get a little overwhelming.  We contacted Vanessa and she was amazing. Not only did she listen to what we were interested in doing and sites we wanted to see, she offered additional suggestions and ideas. She was available from the time we started planning until we arrived back home. Vanessa made sure we had all of the appropriate documentation for our travels, created an up-to-date itinerary for our whole trip and even sent us checklists so we were prepared.

The airports had multiple flight delays and cancellations that could have turned into a huge disaster, however Vanessa was keeping track of the flight while we were in the air and had new flights lined up by the time we landed. Although we ended up missing some of our scheduled activities because of the flight cancellations, Vanessa came to the rescue and was able to arrange refunds for those activities.

Long story short, my daughter and I had a fabulous vacation thanks to Vanessa
