I want to share my experience working with Tweed for my trip to Siem Reap. I followed her advice to choose Siem Reap and also the hotel she recommended. The location was perfect for us, close to the city and riverwalk but still on the quiet side. The hotel and the room were really great, full of character, and we especially loved the balcony which we did not expect. Tweed arranged the car transfers for us from and to the airport. Even though our flight was delayed and immigration took a long time, the driver was still waiting with a smile, and the hotel was ready for us even for a midnight check‑in. This made us feel very taken care of after a long travel day.
For food, her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We loved the French bakery with amazing pastries and breads. The Khmer local restaurant she suggested was so good we went there twice. On our last evening she recommended a more luxury dinner with a tasting menu, and it was fantastic. We would never find this place by ourselves.
Of course we visited Angkor Wat, but we really appreciated her advice about how many temples to see and which ones match our energy. Because we didn’t want to wake up very early and be in the big crowds, she suggested we go in reverse order. We ended up having Ta Prohm almost all to ourselves, and this became one of the highlights of our whole trip. Finally, Tweed recommended the Phare circus. Honestly, we might not have gone without her suggestion, but she booked us perfect seats and we enjoyed it so much. It was a wonderful experience.
Overall, Tweed made our trip smooth, enjoyable, and full of special moments we would not discover on our own. I am very thankful for her help and would recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

Siem Reap: More Than a Gateway to Angkor Wat
I went to Siem Reap expecting it to be a place you simply pass through—somewhere to fill the gaps between visits to the temples. But that assumption didn’t last long. From the moment I arrived at the new airport (opened in 2023) and made the drive into town—along a smooth, newly built road that opens onto a wide, welcoming boulevard—it was clear I’d misjudged it. Siem Reap is a destination in its own right: charming, walkable, impressively clean, and increasingly mindful of sustainability, with an evolving food scene, thoughtful wellness offerings, and locals who greet you with genuine warmth. It’s also a place where boutique and luxury hotels truly shine—intimate, design-forward stays and serene resorts that feel like destinations in themselves, you will want to slow down and linger. On that first trip, however, I didn’t give the town the time it deserved. If there’s one takeaway, it’s this: Don’t treat Siem Reap as a stopover. Give it the time it deserves—ideally five to seven days—and you may find, as I did, that the moments between the temples become just as memorable as the temples themselves.

24 Unforgettable Hours in New Orleans: Best Things to Do, Eat & Explore
New Orleans isn’t just a city—it’s a whole vibe. I keep going back because there’s truly nowhere else like it—not in the US or anywhere else. Just a 30-minute drive from the airport to the French Quarter (made livelier by a great chat with my driver), and I already had a grin on my face and a list of restaurant recommendations ready to go. That’s the heart of NOLA: the people. But the architecture is just as colorful and charming. Every street corner hums with music, history, and flavor. From jazz to jambalaya, this city celebrates life (and even death) in every possible way. While I’ve spent many long weekends soaking up its magic, on this trip, I tried something different: a 24-hour stopover. It was last-minute and impulsive (not me), but it was a fabulous reminder of just how perfect this city is for a short stay. And the relatively new airport is a definite plus, making the whole experience even better. One day is not enough to see everything, but it’s certainly enough to experience the essence of New Orleans—and to start talking your friends into your next trip.
