I recently had the pleasure of working with Tessa Underwood for the second time, planning a weekend trip to Palm Springs. With minimal guidance from me — just a desire for a fun and relaxing getaway — Tessa crafted the perfect itinerary. She provided detailed notes on arrival times for everyone in my party, multiple restaurant options for each evening, and suggestions for shopping and other enjoyable activities. The hotel, The Thompson, was a brand-new property that had opened just days before my arrival. It was stunning and exuded luxury. The restaurant at the hotel served amazing food, and although the staff was still settling in, they were incredibly friendly. A unique perk was the Rivian service, which offered rides within a 3-mile radius — a feature I used several times. I wanted to stay downtown, close to restaurants and shopping, and this location was ideal. Tessa's itinerary was spot-on, exactly what I was looking for. One of her standout recommendations was The Spa at Sec-he. Despite having visited Palm Springs numerous times, I had never heard of this spa, and now it's my favorite! I enjoyed it so much that I plan to book another trip just to return to this spa. For our second evening's dinner, Tessa recommended Farm, and it was the perfect choice. The food and service were outstanding, and the outdoor dining area, complete with a talented musician, provided a relaxing yet elegant experience. Having Tessa plan my trips is a dream come true. She takes care of every detail, allowing me to fully enjoy the destination without the stress of planning. I highly recommend Tessa Underwood for anyone looking to have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
