A cat mom with a zeal for all the things life has to offer! I will eat it all, see it all and do it again tomorrow! I'm KC-based, but the world is my oyster.
I'm just a short flight away to anything at MCI.
My travel style
I'm always seeking a great deal, but I'm always willing to splurge when it comes to something that I've never done or is seen as "once-in-a-lifetime." I love a good road trip. With great company, the drive becomes part of the journey, plus who doesn't love getting carried away with zany road side attractions?? A typical day will include a few major must-dos with a list of things to do along the way. To me this creates magical days where you feel like you get to seamlessly experience everything a destination has to offer! Life should be fun and I aim to not take things too seriously!

Recently returned from:
Racing around Indy.
Skiing down the slopes in Minneapolis.
Laughing, eating deep dish & seeing baseball's roots in Chi-Town.
Getting in touch with my inner child wandering around Cinderella's castle at Disney World.
Adventuring in Vietnam & Thailand, or perhaps all of Southeast Asia!
Exploring Milan, Rome & Venice.
Enjoying a croissant or two in Paris.
Yacht-gawking in Monaco.
One thing I can't travel without...
My journal — I've gotta be able to jot down my thoughts when I'm in a new destination! :)
Two truths, one lie:
In Belize I got to sing with a local band as they were recording their album.
My very first solo trip had the most mishaps of all my other travels combined (lost connections, overpaying for too many things).
I faithfully followed Cuban strangers who welcomed me into their home.
