My Story
Born and raised in the Netherlands and Canada, and now living in California’s wine country, I’ve been captivated by travel ever since I was a little girl. I’m the friend who always has at least one trip on the calendar, with many more on my bucket list. Alongside my love for exploring new places, I’m also a busy mom of two, excited to continue to adventure with my kids.

Once a hostel-hopping backpacker, now a boutique-adventurer and mom of two, I’ve carefully curated my travels across 30+ countries, blending cultural immersion, off-the-beaten-path adventures and the perfect balance of luxury and exploration. For instance, I’ve enjoyed a pint at the world’s oldest pub, nestled in a Nabatean tomb rock dating back to 2000 BC, spent a night camping in the third-largest cave in the world and sipped on a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc in the back of an open 4x4 safari Jeep. Suzanne was amazing! The extra amenities she added to our stay were wonderful. The $1,000 resort credit, welcoming card, champagne, goodies, etc. it was wonderful to be greeted with the boat transfer as well. Suzanne’s communication was impeccable. Not only did she email us but she would also text us. She kept in touch regularly even day of wishing us a wonderful trip and asking us if we needed anything! We even got a late 3pm checkout at no additional cost. We highly recommend Suzanne! We trust her professionalism and felt well taken care of throughout the journey. We are using her again and will continue to in the future! She’s the best!

Suzanne is the best! We felt like she tailored the entire trip especially for us and our preferences. The itinerary flowed smoothly everyday and made up felt like we got the most out of our time in Portugal. She was extremely communicative during the entire process. If a single phrase could do her justice, it is "above and beyond". A travel agent that shows the same attention and diligence to a single night hotel stay that she does a multiple week custom itinerary. From the beautifully manicured, tailored proposal with multiple hotel options, giving us a range of pricing, locations and options, all the way through check-out, Suzanne was with us every step of the way. Her communication is impeccable, always replying within minutes, providing all needed documentation and detail ahead of time, appropriate pre, during and post travel check-ins. Her due diligence to make sure we have every perk possible and a last minute complimentary upgrade. But the real cherry on top, a knock at the door and we were greeted with a complimentary cannoli cake from Carmella's Dessert Bar, and a hand written note from Suzanne wishing us a wonderful stay. So, when I say "above and beyond", it truly is an understatement! I won't be traveling again without her.

Suz was an absolute pleasure to work with. I literally did nothing, and I mean NOTHING. I told her what we were looking for and she provided me many options. From there she handled it all. I received an itinerary with the trip information from start to finish. She even had a welcome to Kauai note waiting for us on our nightstand when we arrived. Suz was professional, organized and fun to work with. I will be using her from here on out, it’s not even a question.
