Suzanne was amazing during the planning process. She even sprinkled in some personal touches which were much appreciated. We changed our dates and were moving about the country, so we had multiple hotels to book. She was patient and very efficient with giving us different options when our preferred hotels were unavailable. She also helped tremendously with travel between hotels. And was always mindful of the places to stay that were best in terms of being close to public transportation and central to major landmarks. Couldn’t have planned this trip without her!

This was my 2nd time booking with Suz and I will definitely continue to use her help for all of my travel needs. She was very timely with offering suggestions and feedback on what I was looking for. She picked the perfect spot for my wife and I to stay. I look forward to seeking out her guidance on my next vacation.

I was traveling to London with my partner, and neither of us had ever been there before.
