Stephanie was recommended to me from a friend as I was planning a family trip to Ireland. Prior to working with Stephanie I had consulted with other travel agents who were not offering the type of experience I was looking for. Stephanie listened to my preferences and tailored a vacation which fit us perfectly from hotels, tours, and a car rental. She took into account I wanted to avoid hotels in busy/noisy areas, offered selective tour suggestions without having us on a bus every day of our vacation, found a suitable rental car to fit my family and even found a drop off location near the final hotel of our trip. Stephanie communicated timely and clearly throughout the planning stages, and never forced me to select options I was unsure of. If anything, I was the one taking longer to make decisions.
