Despite being separated by the ocean I felt that Rita was present and taking care of us the whole time of our stay in Glasgow. She took care of everything including personal notes, baskets of fruit, extra water bottles, complimentary drinks and breakfast to go for our early airport departure. Our room was reconfigured to create an extra space for my son's bed and he ended up with his own cozy little nook and a down duvet comforter and a bunch of pillows. The beds in the hotel are heavenly. Our family loved the experience and we are so grateful to Rita for all the care and personal touches she added to our stay.

Our room configuration was a bit complicated, so Rita went out of her way to research a half-dozen hotels that she thought might accommodate our needs. Once we settled on a place to stay, she worked with the hotel to get the room we wanted and to get assurances that extra beds could be put in each room. She arranged for us to get breakfast and several additional perks, including a credit for services or food during our stay. A few days before our arrival, she wrote and confirmed everything again and followed up with me once we arrived at our hotel. I felt very much about her service as I did the hotel — there was a solid commitment to ensure I had the best possible stay. I couldn't have felt better taken care of. Rita gives individual attention, listens to what her client wants, and works diligently to make it happen. I was very impressed.
