Becky is attentive, and on top of things and thinks of all the details. She was respectful of our budget, and made a last minute booking easy with the app, I loved the virtual itinerary!

Even though there was a bit of confusion upon checkin, Rebecca was on top of it, available and stayed with us until resolved. Highly recommended!!!!

She made booking so easy and fast. Was able to accommodate a very large group of us and helped us book a few excursions that we loved. She also made two restaurant recommendations that were outstanding. She lives in florence half of the year so she knew all of the local places to go to keep us out of the tourist traps. Can’t wait to go back to Florence!!! Use Rebecca!!!!

Site Inspection at Hotel Gallery Art in Florence, Italy
In May of 2024, I did a site inspection of the gorgeous Gallery Art Hotel located around the corner from the Pointe Vecchio. I’ve been to Florence over 10 times and by far this has been one of the top boutique hotels I’ve stayed at and can’t wait to come back again. I’ve already recommended this to one of my clients as she loves boutique hotels. To be in the mix of everything but also come back to a place that is quiet and comfortable is a huge win!
