Rachel is fabulous and top-notch! She always goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of, every question is answered and every t is crossed. We feel so fortunate to have received the upgrade we did, the resort credit and free breakfast all with her perks! We got a bottle of champagne sent up to our room which was such a nice touch from the hotel - which I have to believe Rachel played a part in. We appreciate all her help as well as her candor on what to expect (i.e. she managed our expectations on the possibility of the upgrade - so when we received it - we were pleasantly surprised!). We look forward to working with her again on another travel adventure. Thank you Rachel!!!

She gave us good restaurant recommendations and advised us on things to do. She is literally on top of everything and I fully trust her to book future vacations for my family.

Rachel made the process seamless and so easy. She reminded us when we needed to book everything and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. She gave us great ideas of what to do inside the resort, as well as a round the town. She was on top of our plans and assisted in making sure our Whole vacation was smooth, fun, and relaxing.
