Rachel was a huge help! When dealing with an issue at the front desk upon check in, that had nothing to do with anything Rachel did for me but everything to do with the hotel itself, She pulled over while driving to assist me. She got everything taken care of in a quick and timely manor and no stress of my back. Everything went smoothly after that and she still continued to check in to make sure all our needs were being taken care of. I will only ever use Rachel when booking trips! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend her travel agent services to everyone I know!
