We asked Olivia for a few options in Dublin with specific requests involving ease of the rental car return, walkability to sites and restaurants, and near the airport bus stop. She sent us all the information we needed, and more! She booked immediately after we chose, making it so easy to add to our itinerary. She coordinated with the hotel staff to make sure our stay was wonderful. I hope Olivia books all our hotels from now on.

Olivia was so thoughtful and planned the most perfect week for us, a great balance of structure and time to explore. She is responsive during planning and during the trip. She doesn’t do any high pressure “sale job” rather gives you a number of great options to choose from. I am so happy that I have her as a resource for travel going forward! Amazing Family Trip to Switzerland - Thanks to Olivia!
We had the most wonderful family trip to Switzerland, all thanks to Olivia, our incredible travel agent. From the very beginning, she was responsive, professional, and highly organized, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.
Olivia saved us so much time and money by handling all the research, bookings, and logistics. She gave us a variety of well-curated options for hotels, restaurants, and experiences, all tailored to our preferences and budget. Her recommendations were spot on — every place we stayed and ate at was fantastic.
As a family traveling with kids, we especially appreciated how she focused on kid-friendly activities that kept everyone engaged and happy. Her step-by-step guidance made it incredibly easy to navigate trains, transfers, and attractions — we always knew exactly what to do and when.
