Olivia helped us with our hotel block for our wedding in Fairhope, AL! I didn’t have to contact the hotel at all which was amazing in the middle of all the wedding planning. She helped arrange for the Welcome Bags at check in, organized a group discount, and figured out how to extend stays for guests arriving earlier! It was nice knowing guest arrangements were taken care of without any work from me!

We asked Olivia for a few options in Dublin with specific requests involving ease of the rental car return, walkability to sites and restaurants, and near the airport bus stop. She sent us all the information we needed, and more! She booked immediately after we chose, making it so easy to add to our itinerary. She coordinated with the hotel staff to make sure our stay was wonderful. I hope Olivia books all our hotels from now on.

Olivia was so thoughtful and planned the most perfect week for us, a great balance of structure and time to explore. She is responsive during planning and during the trip. She doesn’t do any high pressure “sale job” rather gives you a number of great options to choose from. I am so happy that I have her as a resource for travel going forward!
