Noura was simply amazing! We got a 5-star concierge experience with her. First of all, she found our family an excellent deal at Los Altos resort. The apartment had breathtaking views of the ocean and the forest and best of all a gourmet cooked to order breakfast for 6 people was included with the booking! She was very clear and prompt in her communications during the whole booking process and the entire process was very efficient. She advised us very wisely on our itinerary and activities that suited our family well. Although our trip was only for 3 1/2 days, it felt like much longer as we were relaxed and enjoyed a lot of well coordinated activities in a short time. I definitely look forward to booking many more family and couple trips through her in the future.
