Nicole was incredible ! She went above and beyond. I had some issues on my end, and she stayed in contact, while on her OWN vacation, and helped sort it out. What a professional! Even checked in routinely, while I was there, to make sure all my needs werre being met, and that I was having the time of my life. Thank you Nicole ! Til the next one.
