Travel, for me, is about creating balance, pairing the indulgence of luxury hotels and cruises with moments that bring genuine joy and connection. I love crafting experiences for couples and families that flow seamlessly between adventure and relaxation: scuba diving beneath turquoise waters, sipping wine at a tucked-away vineyard, or simply soaking in the sun from a beachfront villa. Nick was phenomenal. He was patient and on top of everything that we did not have time for. He also made sure that all tours and activities were close to our home base. That was a very important part of our trip because of all the activities that we wanted to do. He was available with a few of the questions that came up while we were on vacation and that helped us not to sweat some of the little stuff.

Planning was as simple as describing what we wanted to do, and that we wanted to stay on property. Having options to choose from was great. The Trip Plans app is great. Once I was able to get files to open properly it REALLY helped having all the documents and agenda available in that app.

Nick was fantastic, very helpful and patience with our group of eight. The saying that you can't please everyone in such a large group was not true for Nick, he helped us all. Nick provided our group with a surprise "speciality dinner" during the cruise, that was great and unexpected. Nick is the best and will definitely work with him again on future trips!
