I had no idea that booking with Natalie would yield such fantastic results, at the hotel. Her booking experience was seamless and straightforward and easy to do quickly. Upon checkin, the hotel was expecting my arrival. I was upgraded given a complimentary bottle of wine at lunch - both explicitly said a result of my booking with Natalie.

After many years being away, we’re still in love with Florence and adored Milan too thanks to our wonderful travel advisor Natalie! The hotels were both very well situated as we could easily get to every attraction and event we desired. Our experiences were top notch. The delicious restaurants and gelato (we can’t forget the gelato!) were wonderful. I think we ate more pasta in eight days than we’ve had in two years — and loved ever mouthful. You made our trip to Italy just perfect - Natalie, we thank you so!

Natalie has always been an amazing advisor whenever it comes to travel. She is extremely knowledgeable of all luxury resorts and can offer a variety of recommendations at different price points.
