Morgan jumped in to help with a last minute birthday staycation and we are so appreciative of the help! She’s the best!

Morgan was fantastic! We kept saying how we felt guilty for not lifting a figure we just showed up and it was all handled. I’m a bit of a control freak so admittedly it was tough to let Morgan take the reins, but she booked everything for us and made sure all our arrangements and meals were handled. I don’t want to travel any other way again!

In the past, I usually default to a local Airbnb or whatever cheaper deal I can find on Hotels.com, but Morgan took the time to actually learn what mattered to me—the “Christmas fantasy” version of this trip—and then matched me with hotels that delivered that feeling without blowing my budget. She also walked me through the benefits I was getting (upgrades, welcome amenities, extra touches, status-style treatment) so I understood what I’d be missing if I booked the way I normally do.

And honestly? Those perks made a huge difference. The little VIP moments—the room, the view, the thoughtful surprises—added up to a trip that felt way more special and way more effortless than it would’ve otherwise.
