Michelle is a gem! She helped produce the most amazing trip to Japan. She was extremely thoughtful about every aspect of our trip - and planned it at the pace that was perfect for us. Michelle was incredible and steered us to all the best hotels, restaurants and cultural attractions. She booked us all the way down to train tickets and cars so the trip was seamless without feeling overprogrammed. I had never experienced such a thoughtfully organized trip.

Michelle has helped us extensively with numerous travel experiences, from a quick weekend in Nashville on short notice, to elaborate multi week stays in Italy, Portugal and the US Virgin Islands. She has been a wealth of info, incredibly resourceful, easy to work with and, in rare cases of adversity that inevitably pop up in travels, she has always been there to help us resolve.
