Extremely helpful! Michele got us a good rate and even contacted us when a lower price became available! She gave us restaurant and activity suggestions and was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her services in the future!

Michelle Buring arranged the cruise as well as hotels for pre and post cruise in Marseilles, Lyon and Paris. All three hotels were the best hotel experiences we've ever had. She also coached us on how to book our own tours before and after the trip since Uniworld's options were sold out when we made the reservations. As you can see from my notes above, the three of us had a great vacation. Michelle's upbeat and positive personality helped make our choices easy.
