Our experience with Melanie was great! She is very professional, nice, detailed oriented and a pleasure to work with. She made all our hotel, excursion and restaurant reservations. Melanie had a great sense of what would work with our schedule, as it relates to location, timing and length of tours. This is invaluable when planning a trip a broad where you don't have a good idea of how things work. Melanie did know and that saved us a lot of time. She was extremely helpful with helping us figure out best options and when we were struggling with decisions, she took the time to walk us through our concerns. Our favorite events on our trip were things that Melanie recommended, a restaurant in Barcelona, restaurant in Madrid and a hiking tour of Segovia. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional Melanie was through the entire planning process. We will absolutely work with her again and have recommended her to many friends already!
