For the excursions, he ensured that I completed all required waivers and made me aware of all of the details for the bookings so I never had any hiccups with the excursions. He also provided lots of useful advice and recommendations so my vacation had a variety of unforgettable experiences. For instance, he gave us multiple options to visit places like Pearl Harbor and different types of bus and boat tours that would let us explore the islands.
