We were on a road trip with our dog and needed a last-minute hotel in Savannah that was truly pet-friendly. that’s when we reached out to Maggie, and she was a total lifesaver!
Maggie quickly understood our needs: a nice spot along our route, dog-welcoming and ideally no extra pet charges. She guided us away from places with high fees and enthusiastically recommended the Thompson Savannah because their brand policy welcomes dogs of all breeds and sizes. It made such a difference knowing our pup would be genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated.
Maggie’s guidance was spot-on, responsive, and thoughtful—she really went the extra mile to make our stop seamless and enjoyable. If you’re traveling with pets and want expert help finding welcoming stays, I can’t recommend Maggie highly enough.

We changed our time spent and perspective on Venice a bit throughout our travels and therefore stayed at a hotel we probably shouldn't have. However, that's not on Maggie. First thing in the morning, she was available to us and helping us to try to change our plans. While the hotel wasn't receptive, we so appreciate Maggie's efforts. Lessons learned for future bookings with her. As mentioned, we still loved working with Maggie!
