An avid traveler & foodie based in Baltimore & Costa Rica. There is not a fine wine, tranquil beach, ancient site, extended layover excursion or healing qigong movement I could ever say no to!
My Travel Style
I have always been a slow-travel enthusiast, living like a local on an extended stay, making lifelong friendships and radiating out to off-the-beaten-path places nearby. I am passionate about wellness through qigong healing movement and have embarked on a venture to create qigong-inspired retreats for guests who want the pleasure of both worlds: wellness & adventure. The retreats I have carefully curated are based in both Guanacaste, Costa Rica & Tuscany, Italy, two places I have lived and adore. I would love to share the special allure of my favorite places to travel with you. Beyond my retreats, I have garnered so much knowledge from my travel experiences.
