Let’s start from the beginning. Our itinerary was so esthetically beautiful! Everything was covered from flights to shuttles to family pictures. It was so easy to read and got all of us even more excited to go. Upon arrival we entered our rooms with a gift basket and note from Lucia. Throughout the week there were no surprises other than my mother wanting to book dolphins at the last minute and a quick email to Lucia she got us in no questions asked. we would definitely book again with Lucia. It was seamless!

We had a wonderful experience working with Lucia to plan our recent trip. From start to finish, everything was handled thoughtfully and seamlessly. She took time to understand what our family was looking for.

We had four families involved, ranging from 7 to 70. Lucia sent us our itinerary, from the day we left, including our air flights, restaurants, and transportation, so that everyone could be on the same page. That was very helpful. We truly appreciate her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

Lucia was incredible to work with. Every recommendation she gave us turned out to be spot on. The most valuable part of her help was narrowing down tour options in each destination—something that can easily feel overwhelming. She curated just a few great choices in each city, making it simple for us to pick what suited us best without sorting through endless options. Huge plus!

I would like to spotlight the tour that Lucia recommended for Hiroshima. The tour guide was super passionate and easy to understand. The Viator tour was titled History of Hiroshima Group Walking Tour. It was just over 2 hours and devastating and uplifting at the same time.

Lucia made planning this trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. At every stop, she offered three thoughtfully selected hotel options at different price points, making it easy to find the perfect fit. The tours she arranged were exactly what we were hoping for, and every dinner reservation was outstanding—especially important since so many of the restaurants required advance booking, and we saw others turned away without reservations.

She also handled all of our train travel seamlessly, even making sure we were on the right side to catch views of Mount Fuji whenever possible. Beyond her excellent recommendations for each city, her suggested day trips were spot-on and truly enhanced our experience.
