Liz was fantastic to work with and really made this trip quite special. An excellent communicator, she explained the benefits and process booking with FORA. We received a complimentary upgrade, early check in, free breakfast and late check-out, all thanks to Liz. Also, because she thoughtfully included it was my birthday in the reservation, the hotel brought both a cake and a gift. Will DEFINITELY work with Liz again and will also recommend her services to friends and family for future trips!

Liz was a fantastic advisor. She provided several options for our first stay in Copenhagen and we chose the Comwell-Portside, which was very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. Liz also provided some great ideas to give us varied experiences … we enjoyed the canal tour and the art museum the most. Liz checked in with us before, during and after the trip to make sure all our needs were met. She was wonderful! Will use her again!
