Leigh Ann was exactly who I needed to help with my trip! She was always there for me with great suggestions and for any questions I had. From beginning to the end, you can count on her to be reachable and there to help with anything. As a planner myself It was hard for me to put my trip into someone else's hands. Leigh Ann went above and beyond for our family! We changed destinations after our trip was booked and she sat on the phone with the company for over an hour fixing it for us. She set everything up and my family just got to enjoy a great vacation together! She even texted me about a gate change that she knew about before we landed.
