LaVerne was amazing, she was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable about everything related to my needs. She found the most convenient and economical hotel for me. When she new my check in was going to be late she promptly informed me that it would be necessary to contact the hotel to inform them of my late check in. Thank you so much!
