Lauren was amazing to work with. She understood exactly what we were looking for, researched and communicated options efficiently and effectively, and made the whole process seamless! We were traveling with an infant and my parents and she went above and beyond to think through what additional considerations we would have that I didn’t even think of! I also changed things a few times and she was on it right away each time. Can’t wait to book every trip with her :)

Lauren went above and beyond to make the trip special, taking care of every detail. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and welcome treat in the room that Lauren secured. Lauren was thoughtful and attentive pre, during and post trip.

My booking experience with Lauren was world-class. Traveling internationally to a new destination can feel stressful / overwhelming, but she made the process seamless, organized, and incredibly easy. Her recommendations aligned perfectly with my preferences, and she even proactively arranged an early check-in based on my arrival time. I would highly recommend booking with Lauren, it’s a no brainer 5/5! Right after I reached out, she quickly set up a call to get a feel for my travel style and help curate my trip (duration, biggest interests/POIs, shopping, food/bars, etc). Before booking the hotel, she provided multiple options based off location, price & main interests (which I thought was very thoughtful to ensure she was satisfying my needs). After booking everything she even followed-up with me during the trip to see how everything was going! Definitely will be using her services again!
