Travel Style
After working in a boutique luxury hotel for four years, I learned so much about the inner workings of the hotel world. I know exactly what happens behind-the-scenes to make every trip extra special! While traveling, I love a good hotel spa, a thoughtful turndown service and delicious local food. I would choose a few planned activities, a mix of high-end restaurants and affordable bites and an intentionally curated room. The best hotel isn’t always determined by the price tag, but by the service and amenities offered. I love using my expertise to help clients take off on their next favorite trip!

Lana was quick to reply and patient as we had some unexpected travel changes which she dealt with patiently. It was so helpful to have her manage and oversee our family of 16 flying in from 3 different states. Her communication was prompt and I felt like "she held our hand". Our adult kids appreciated the day by day itinerary she provided with all the necessary details. She really just made it all happen.

I would certainly recommend Lana Jainarain. She helped plan our 4-day trip to New York City, and the areas we asked for her assistance on, she performed seamlessly from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—from location preferences to budget to the types of activities we enjoy—and crafted a suggested itinerary for us.
She recommended several hotels, and we selected one which was in a great area. She provided transportation options and some great restaurant recommendations based on our group size and tastes. She also booked some events for us, saving us time and aggravation.
What impressed me most was her attention to detail and quick communication.

We had an excellent experience working with our travel advisor, Lana. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was always prompt, organized, and genuinely invested in making our trip the best it could be. Her ideas and suggestions were thoughtful, creative, and truly elevated our travel experience. She even checked in with us while she was out of the office.

Lana was super patient with us as we were planning our honeymoon as wedding planning can get chaotic. Nonetheless, Lana was very communicative and listened to what we preferred and gave us amazing suggestions. One of our excursions had cancelled on us last minute and despite the timezone difference, Lana came in and help us find a different spot and had us booked! We are forever thankful for Lana’s guidance and help for planning our honeymoon. We can’t wait to use her again for our future trips!

My personal favorite way to explore is by wandering to different coffee houses or cafes throughout the city.
