Lana was super patient with us as we were planning our honeymoon as wedding planning can get chaotic. Nonetheless, Lana was very communicative and listened to what we preferred and gave us amazing suggestions. One of our excursions had cancelled on us last minute and despite the timezone difference, Lana came in and help us find a different spot and had us booked!
