Kristyne was a pleasure to work with. Always incredibly thoughtful and prompt in her suggestions and responses. And very patient while I got my act together to make decisions. She spent the time to get to know my travel style so she could best accommodate it. As you can see from my review of The Okura Tokyo, we absolutely loved it. Her suggestions for Nikko were 100% spot on and we immensely enjoyed our stay at the very special FuFu Nikko as well as all of the activities that she suggested. Yes, we did them all! Thank you, Kristyne for all of your help!

Kristyne was awesome to work with! She is very communicative, responsive and detailed oriented. She listened to our needs and responded quickly to all inquiries. Our party’s activities and size changed often and Kristyne always rolled with the changes with a “no problem” attitude. We had no problems with any of our reservations or activities and she choose great hotels for our 2 weeks stay in Japan and Korea. Our party of 15 would definitely use her travel agency again!

Kristyne was excellent, very responsive to our emails and assisted with creating our itinerary for Amsterdam. She was able to suggest sites to see and assisted with purchasing tickets for the Anne Frank House. Drafted a detail itinerary with information which included our flights, transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, daily activities and timetable for each day. This was very helpful to reference throughout our trip.
