Kristen was amazing from the very beginning. She helped all of us create this trip together and stayed in touch throughout the vacation. She was always there to help us navigate our tours or just to give us her advice. Going forward I will never book another cruise without her.

Kristen was amazing! She was attentive to our every need and went above and beyond helping me plan everything I needed. As I am in a wheelchair and a scooter she made sure every last detail was tended to. Please make sure you take care of her!

When Kristen was helping me select a hotel in London, I told her I was interested in the Mayfair district because family I trusted recommended it as upscale and close to good restaurants. Upon listening to my criteria for a neighborhood and hotel, she suggested I also consider South Kensington. She had stayed in that area for an extended period of time, I think when she was in college, and felt it’d check my boxes. I was going to be staying for two weeks and working remotely in addition to sightseeing, so I wanted a spacious room with a workspace, kitchenette, washer/dryer, safe, and self-controlled AC. Although she of course provided a curated list of hotels, Ember Locke Kensington was the clear winner, and it did not disappoint. Kristen 100% steered me in the right direction. Since she is so familiar with that neighborhood, she also told me where the local grocery stores were since she knew I’d be eating some of my meals in my room. Using Daytrip, Kristen booked a car for me from the hotel to Heathrow for my flight home. My driver was a very nice woman who is originally from the Czech Republic. She arrived early and since I was already ready to go, we left the hotel ahead of schedule and I got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. She and I chatted the entire ride. I also told Kristen I wanted to visit the English countryside, so she suggested a day trip to the Cotswolds. I had never heard of it, but she sent me a blog and video to look over and I was sold. She found a tour operator, Anderson Tours, who would accept my service dog, and they even gave me an extra seat at no charge, so he’d have plenty of room on the floor. The tour’s itinerary to four villages in the region was great and the guide, Nick, was very knowledgeable and high-energy. I’d definitely recommend this tour and any other tour Anderson offers. Had it not been for Kristen listening to my desires and her familiarity with England, I would have missed out on one of my favorite days of my trip because the Cotswolds was not on my radar. Kristen also made my dream of attending Wimbledon a reality. This was a bucket list item and the reason I selected the travel dates I did. I was not selected in the public ticket lotto, but through a ticket broker Fora partners with, Kristen was able to book me a debenture ticket to Court No. 1 with access to an indoor climate-controlled grab-and-go cafeteria and restaurant overlooking outer courts, as well as private toilets. Attending Wimbledon was not only one of the best days on my trip, it was one of the best days of my entire life, and that is all thanks to Kristen’s connections.

When Kristen saw a post I put on Facebook that I was in the beginning stages of planning a trip, she reached out to offer her services. She is very entrepreneurial and a go-getter to build a clientele. We soon set up a phone call so she could tell me about her services, and I could share with her what I was looking for in a hotel room. On this particular trip, I visited Paris and London, two cities Kristen has personally visited, which made me all that more comfortable enlisting her help. She is familiar with the vibes of the different neighborhoods and shared travel blogs with me so I could read more and make an educated decision of where I’d like to stay. In Paris, I chose Le Marais. I was originally doing all the travel planning and research on my own, but found hotel selection to be overwhelming. Each city has hundreds, if not thousands, of options and no property has only positive reviews. I was honestly questioning if I should just squash my travel plans because it was too difficult to choose a hotel. That’s where Kristen came in to relieve that burden. I shared my frustrations with her, and it turns out the hotel hunt is her favorite thing to do. I listed my criteria and within a few days she curated a much more manageable, pared down list of options. From that list, I made a selection based on location, price, amenities, and reviews. Kristen also booked car transport from the airport to my hotel via Day Trip. The English-speaking driver communicated with me via WhatsApp during my flight and upon arrival. It was easy to meet up with him at the airport. He did use his cell phone quite a bit while driving, but was otherwise a good driver. He had to navigate through a lot of traffic and crazy drivers, so I was thankful not to be behind the wheel. I also provided Kristen with a list of all the sightseeing activities I wanted to do on my trip. She looked up each one to see what she could book for me to earn commission and what I should book for myself. She set up Google documents that we could both edit to stay organized and map out my daily itinerary. Kristen is so great at what she does, she gave me the itch to possibly become a Fora travel advisor, which is something I am going to look into now.

Kristen was fantastic, incredibly communicative, and helpful throughout. It was our first time working together and she knocked it out of the park! I gave her a wide request just a few weeks before one of the busiest holiday weekends (Valentine's Day) because my anniversary happens to fall close to it. She found great options within my allotted budget, including a splurge extra, which ended up being the one I went with because it looked so pretty. And I'm so glad I picked it! It fit exactly what I hope to get on vacation, so she understood my wants and needs well<3. She made it extra special by reaching out to the property to mention our anniversary.
