Kelly made our stay at The Strand truly unforgettable. Her attention to detail and organization were exceptional. When we arrived to our room (which was upgraded thanks to Kelly!), we were welcomed with champagne, cake, and a thoughtful handwritten note from Kelly — such a special touch. We can’t wait to plan more trips with her!

Huge thank you for everything!! The weekend was so special. With the omakase restaurant knowing that we just got engaged, and then the delicious chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we returned, it was so amazing!
