My Story
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with other countries, cultures and experiences. I knew from the age of five that I wanted to travel the world and experience something out of the ordinary. I love exploring new destinations, trying local cuisine and embracing the thrill of what is foreign. I especially love crafting unique and unforgettable journeys for others and sharing my passion for travel.
My Travel Style
I love the research part of planning a holiday. In fact, this might be my favorite part. I enjoy learning about a destination's culture, food and traditions. Discovering beautifully designed boutique hotels brimming with character is a must. While on holiday, I relish strolling and shopping along winding cobblestoned streets, biking or hiking from village to village in search of charming local delicacies and restaurants, and engaging in local traditions. I thrive on discovering hidden gems in up-and-coming destinations, valuing not just the places I visit, but the stories and connections I make along the way.

Kelly was the best! She made the stress of planning a trip abroad minimal. She nailed all of the recommendations and went out of her way to make our anniversary special. I will absolutely utilize Kelly again and am so grateful for her help in planning the perfect Switzerland trip! If you are looking for someone to find the perfect hotel, restaurants and day trips in and out of the city Kelly is the perfect person!!

Kelly was absolutely amazing! She helped us with every last detail, and executed everything perfectly. She got us upgraded suites at ALL our hotels in Venice, Tuscany, Florence, and Milan. When we found out there was going to be a strike, and our train was going to have delays, she immediately got us tickets for an earlier train, before they all disappeared. She put a lot of thought into every decision. And spent countless hours making our trip one to remember forever! Thank you Kelly for the most amazing trip to Italy!

Kelly went the extra mile to make sure we had this experience. Since the main hotel in small and exclusive, she had to work with the hotel to find dates within our travel window that the property could accommodate. Due to language challenges and time differences, she had to extend extra efforts at odd hours to make this happen. THANK YOU!!!

Kelly Arcella is a masterful travel concierge. She created a unique travel experience for our group. Perhaps most significant to our stay were the accommodations Kelly chose for us. She ensured that the hotels suited our needs for high quality service, and our expectations for superior amenities. In addition, both hotels were ideally situated in close proximity to the town centers, while also removed enough to behold exclusivity from the crowds. This provided the opportunity for us to enjoy all of the available excursions in the region, and feel as though we had a special, off-the-beaten-path retreat welcoming us back from our escapades. I would not hesitate to work with Kelly again, and in fact look forward to doing so.
