Kelli was fabulous! Kept tabs on us the whole way, made sure we were satisfied and settled. Initially she helped sort thru the overwhelming selection of hotels and dialed us in based on the areas we wanted to visit. She's personable, attentive, responds quickly and we felt more at ease under her care. The itinerary (in an app) she sent us really helped us keep our 17 day travel - flights, accommodations, excursion, trains, in order. She even popped in a few train schedule examples so we would know what the booking system looked like, even though she wasn't booking them for us. Such a relief because we were unfamiliar with booking trains on an app! Will use Kelli again for sure!!
