Katie Harris was incredible to work with and made our trip truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were surprised with an upgrade to one of the hotel’s top suites, a bottle of champagne waiting in our room, and a variety of exclusive perks and vouchers to use throughout our stay. I can’t recommend Katie enough—she made the entire experience seamless and special. We’ll definitely be turning to her for all our future travels!
