Katie is the best travel agent. As soon as I contacted her regarding my travel needs for NYC, she quickly sent me great options for stays with good price ranges and amazing perks. Katie arranged a seamless and exceptional experience for us - as always. On arrival we were greeted with a spectacular room, an expansive view of the property and beautiful natural views of Maui. We were also pleasantly surprised by a very nice ‘welcome spread’ of fruits, cheese and snacks. Katie attended to every detail and coordinated with the hotel management and staff to assure they were attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Katie did an outstanding job in providing all of our requests and accommodations for our trip. She understood what our wish list of excursions, Hotel Accommodations, transportation and communication were. She was patient with us as we were very detailed in our requests and had several questions and needs to complete our itinerary. The end result was that Katie put together the perfect program for us, balancing private transportation, tours, down time, quality Hotel accommodations and seamless transfers in between cities and ports. - Hotel Hassler and Hotel Caesar Augustus were magnificent (location, service, elegance, food, amenities)
- Hotel Corallo – very nice but location not walkable to city center (distance, no sidewalks requiring 1-way 25-euro cab rides)
- Hotel breakfasts outstanding (variety, quality, setting, service)
- Private transfers, drivers outstanding (Vincenzo in Naples, Roberto in Sorrento) – personable, able to speak English, engaging, flexible
- Ferry transfers, tickets on time, efficient, with English-speaking staff
- Tour of Pompeii good but too short (Tour guide Danilo engaged, friendly, professional, expertise)

We don't travel often, and we had no idea where to begin. Katie enthusiastically jumped in with suggested itineraries, which not only included "big picture" ideas like cities and towns to visit, but also drilled down into what to do in each location. Our trip easily fell into place from there.
Katie provided us with several hotel options for each location on our itinerary. Well-traveled herself, Katie even offered personal recommendations for meals and sightseeing. Katie's approach is thoughtful and no-pressure. She is an excellent listener, and her recommendations reflect that.
