It was a JOY to work with Katie to plan our honeymoon to Copenhagen. A few months into planning our honeymoon, we had so much faith in Katie and her planning and loved working with her so we started planning a second trip to Switzerland that we'll go on next year. Katie is brilliant at building a trip perfectly tailored to you, all she needs is your vibe and what you're hoping to get out of the trip- she's amazing. I consider myself a great traveler and planner and wasn't sure how I'd like someone else handling the details, I LOVED it. Working with a trusted travel advisor is the superior way to travel. Katie provided a few hotel and excursion options for us and all we had to do was pick what we wanted to do. All of her recommendations were wonderful. When we arrived to our hotel, Katie had a wedding photo displayed in our room (24 hours after we got married), it was so thoughtful and special. Katie is very swift and efficient with her communication, she's resourceful and so intentional. We are so excited to go on our next KG Reserve planned trip, and here's to all that will come after that!

Katie was spot on in suggesting our hotel. She expertly gave us two options - one in Mayfair that was a traditional English experience or Raffles in the OWO if we wanted more of a historical experience on a grander scale. She arranged our transportation from the time we arrived and for our return to LHR and that was such a peace of mind to be in capable hands, a luxury vehicle and security to know exactly where we were going. She arranged our reservations, secured an upgrade, and the special touch of our picture with a personal note, my husbands favorite wine, rose colored balloons and a scrumptious chocolate treat waiting for us made us feel seen, pampered, and well cared for. I was always the one to plan all the details when we travelled. I am certain I could NOT have created the same experience for our first trip to London. The options are too numerous and there are so many ways to over commit. She steered us to cool experiences that we would not have thought about and gently guided us away from tourist traps. I will not book another vacation without her. The peace of mind knowing there was a person to contact if something did not go well was reassuring but with Katie, we knew a hair would not be out of place. Thank you Katie!!

Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with—she made sure that everything was booked with ample time and had a wonderful portal to keep every aspect of our trip sorted out. When we needed to alter some of our travel days, she handled this quickly and without issue. I previously always thought a travel advisor wouldn't be necessary for my trips, but Katie has proved me wrong! I can't recommend her services enough, and she'll be the first person I turn to for future travels!

Katie is the absolute best!! She made everything so much easier and was an incredible resource. Would recommend anyone planning a trip to work with her and will be for sure using her again for all future travel, trips, and hotel/excursion bookings. She was so responsive and helpful beyond words!! 10/10 service.

Katie was amazing! She planned our entire two-week trip to Portugal. She provided choices for hotels and tours and gave us suggestions for restaurants and other activities. Everything was easy! We had a major medical emergency while there, and Katie handled rescheduling everything. She found us amazing hotels at the last moment. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. This is the first time I have every used a travel agent and I’ll never travel again without Katie’s help!
