She made sure that our trip was flawless from start to finish. I did not have to arrange anything for this vacation. She made sure we had a hotel for the first night. We had rides to and from the airport and the ship. She was a perfect travel agent, and we will definitely use her again.

If you’re planning a Disney cruise, I can’t recommend Kate enough! She made the entire process completely stress-free from start to finish. She took care of every detail, including our hotel, shuttle transportation, Disney transportation to and from the airport, and everything we needed for embarkation and disembarkation.
Because of her organization and attention to detail, all we had to do was enjoy our vacation and make memories with our family. Everything went exactly as planned, and it made our trip so much more relaxing.
Thank you, Kate, for making our Disney cruise experience so seamless and magical. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family, and we’ll definitely be using you again for our next Disney adventure!

Ms. Wilson was the best travel agent for our family of 4. She had a wealth of knowledge when it came to general traveling tips as well as Disney specific information. She answered all our questions and there were a lot because it was our first time traveling as a family as well as our first time in Disney. She listened to our goals for the trip and gave us suggestions that worked best for our family. She assured us that ultimately every decision was up to our family but gave us great suggestions to help us make informed decisions. Nothing was a surprise and she stayed within our budget and let us know the moment there was a financial change so we could account for it. The entire trip went smoothly because of her logistics planning as well as our detailed itinerary. She checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going well (and it was)! I felt confident that we could reach out if there was a problem and she would solve it for us. I can highly recommend Ms. Wilson as a travel agent, especially for families because of her experience traveling with her own family and the experience we had during this trip. She helped create some of our most precious family memories that we will treasure for years to come. I could not have done this trip without her, and I can’t wait to use her for future trips!
